Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple lines in a fully remote role. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, maintaining strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair and inclusive process.

The position covers the Americas and requires aligning schedules with Pacific Standard Time. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building talent pipelines, and using ATS tools like

• 1-2 years recruiting experience (high-volume preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for LATAM support.
• Experience sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Proficient with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven decisions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on needs and equity in process.
• Maintain candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Keep accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and continuous process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
