IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives to sponsor expectations, while optimizing speed, quality and cost according to IQVIA SOPs.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, monitor study metrics, develop analytics strategies, support monitoring plans and client meetings, and mentor junior staff, all while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience; ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication (mandatory).
• Ability to lead teams across global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Manage resources: CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants, Centralized Monitoring Assistants.
• Monitor study/site metrics and trigger action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools.
• Support monitoring strategy, attend client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation.
