IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with the project and clinical leads to ensure delivery meets contract, SOPs and regulatory requirements, while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery.

This remote role spans LATAM sites and requires leadership of the monitoring team, coordination with global teams, and mentoring of junior staff to uphold study integrity and patient safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience with remote or on-site CRA responsibilities.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Results-driven with attention to detail.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Centralized Monitoring team per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs and study risk.
• May lead the study or project close-out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis; implement actions.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness; audit readiness.
• Mentor junior staff.
