IQVIA in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to guide the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects from a remote LATAM location. You will partner with the project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract objectives, optimizing speed, quality and cost while complying with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the team, overseeing risk management, site metrics, analytics strategy, RBM tools, and ensuring audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects per protocol, SOPs and regulations.
• Oversee unblinded clinical deliverables and IP management for the assigned study.
• Mentor or coach junior staff across the team.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools for study oversight.
• Support monitoring strategy development including triggers/thresholds and study metrics.
