IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for Remote LATAM operations. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with SOPs and regulations.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, monitor study metrics, and mentor staff while contributing to analytics strategy and RBM tools across global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Manage project resources and monitor study metrics and action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and RBM tool development.
• Support monitoring strategy development and attend client meetings.
