IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to coordinate the monitoring team across multiple global projects, ensuring delivery per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

As Remote LATAM, you will mentor staff, manage resources, and drive study analytics and RBM tools, collaborating with project and clinical leads to maintain audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong written and verbal English communication (Mandatory).
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to lead team and manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Centralized Monitoring team and ensure delivery per protocol and SOPs.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities and IP management for assigned studies.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and during project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and conduct trend analyses with action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy, including triggers/ thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams for process improvements and issue escalation.
• Develop and use RBM tools/templates and ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
