Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role; English proficiency mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations, including import/export considerations.
• Manage project resources and monitor study metrics and trends.
• Develop analytics strategies and support RBM-related tools and templates.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with SOPs.
