IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with project and clinical leads and ensure delivery within budget and timelines. This remote role covers multiple LATAM sites, requiring strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, drive metrics, develop analytics strategies, and contribute to process improvements while mentoring junior staff across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects as per protocol and SOPs.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring staff).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis; develop action plans and monitor RBM compliance.
• Develop analytics strategy and tools; support monitoring strategy and thresholds.
• Ensure complete documentation and keep the project audit-ready, including eTMF oversight.
• Mentor junior staff.
