IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM to drive delivery across multiple studies, coordinating with project and clinical leads. This remote role requires strong leadership in a global setting and ensures adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The candidate will oversee monitoring strategies, analytics development, and RBM tools while mentoring junior staff and coordinating resources across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global study deliverables.
• Manage study metrics, trend analysis and action plans.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Coordinate with project and clinical leads to optimize delivery and quality.
