IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a remote LATAM role to drive global monitoring strategies and ensure project delivery aligns with contract, quality, and timelines. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage resources, and influence analytics across studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local laws/regulations for clinical trials.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs and regulatory aspects as needed.
• May act as Clinical Lead on project gaps or closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics and action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and advanced analytics for the study.
• Support monitoring strategy and thresholds; attend client meetings.
• Contribute to study management plans and RBM tools; ensure audit readiness.
