Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in a Lead role with remote or on-site CRA experience.
• Strong English communication and ability to manage global projects and priorities.
• Proven leadership, motivation, negotiation and coaching abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources and monitor study metrics and action plans.
• Develop analytical strategies and RBM tools, and support monitoring strategy development.
• Attend study team and client meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
