IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with a remote work setup. The role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery per contract, while optimizing speed and cost according to IQVIA SOPs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote/on-site), 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff, manage cross-country resources, and develop analytics strategies for monitoring and RBM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site) with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• 2+ years in a Lead role; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, etc.).
• Develop study analytics strategies and monitoring plans; lead RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness, including eTMF oversight.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide decisions for process improvements.
