IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with project and clinical leads and drive delivery of study objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs. This is a remote/global role across multiple LATAM sites.

The role requires leadership of the monitoring team, oversight of clinical deliverables, management of IPs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance study analytics and RBM tools, with strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA). Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.

Aufgaben

• Leader of the Centralized Monitoring team, oversee clinical deliverables on global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead on unassigned studies or at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop action plans from trend analysis.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and develop advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy with triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams for process improvements.
• Develop RBM tools and study plans to evaluate quality and integrity.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF oversight; audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
