Responsibilities include leading the Centralized Monitoring team, managing resources, developing analytics, and ensuring RBM tools and study plans are audit-ready. Strong English and regulatory knowledge required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role; strong English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Manage resources: CRAs, Central Monitors, and trial assistants.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Attend study team/client meetings and drive process improvements.
