IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, and ensure delivery quality, speed, and cost efficiency per IQVIA SOPs. English proficiency is mandatory and leadership experience is essential.

The role involves oversight of global projects, risk mitigation, and RBM tooling, with a focus on strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• 2+ years in a Lead role with strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation, including regulatory considerations.
• Manage study metrics, trends, and RBM tools to ensure quality.
• Develop monitoring strategy with triggers and thresholds with project teams.
• Attend study team or client meetings and provide inputs for decisions.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
