Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote, to oversee global clinical monitoring deliverables and risk management. The role requires leadership of the monitoring team, IP management, and coordination with project teams to ensure compliance and timelines.

The candidate will drive analytics, RBM tool usage, and study planning while mentoring junior staff across multiple countries in LATAM. Fluency in English is mandatory and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills; ability to manage multiple global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project/clinical leads to oversee global deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead, manage IP and risk mitigation (re-supply, labeling, import/export licenses).
• Manage study resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers/thresholds, and RBM tools/templates.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness across study tools; mentor junior staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
