Tickmill is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee LATAM partnerships. You will identify and onboard Introducing Brokers and affiliates, expanding Tickmill’s reach globally with a focus on high-value clients. This fully remote role requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

You will collaborate with international teams and participate in industry events to drive partner growth and revenue across the LATAM region.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD/Online Trading/Crypto/iGaming/Banking

Responsabilidades

• Identify, engage and acquire new IBs and affiliates
• Build and manage a partner network across regions
• Negotiate commercial terms and onboarding processes
• Represent Tickmill at industry events and networking activities
• Collaborate with international teams across regions
