Job summary
FP Markets is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Argentina region. You will identify and onboard IBs, affiliates, and partners while driving client acquisition and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct outreach.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Forex/CFD BD, a strong network of IBs/affiliates or HNW clients, and fluency in Spanish and English. This fully remote role welcomes initiative and independence in a global trading environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in business development or sales within Forex/CFD or financial trading.
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients across retail/institutional segments.
- Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms and brokerage structures.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard new IBs, affiliates, and partners in Argentina.
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth via direct outreach and partnerships.
- Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in FX/CFD sector.
- Collaborate with marketing/compliance to ensure compliant campaigns.
- Prepare regular pipeline reports for Regional Director.
- Represent FP Markets at events, expos, and webinars.
