Job summary

PU Prime is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our partner network across Spanish-speaking Latin America. The role is fully remote and requires native or fluent Spanish, with English on a working level, and Portuguese as a bonus.

You will identify, onboard and manage Introducing Brokers and affiliates, drive client acquisition through partner networks, track performance and report insights, and build long-term relationships that deliver high-volume traffic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnership management, BD or sales in Forex/CFD or related industries.
• Existing LATAM IBs or affiliates network is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and online trading platforms.
• Fluent Spanish with working level English; Portuguese is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage IB and affiliate partnerships across LATAM.
• Drive client acquisition and lead generation via partner networks, social media and affiliates.
• Track partner performance and report insights.
• Build long-term relationships delivering high-volume traffic.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and regulations in Forex/CFD.
