Job summary

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established broker offering CFD trading on FX, indices, commodities, stocks and cryptocurrencies. We are growing and recruiting a Full-time Business Development Manager for LATAM to drive onboarding of IBs, affiliates and partners and to expand client acquisitions in the LATAM region.

You will develop and execute business development strategies, build strong relationships with clients and partners, monitor market trends and regulatory changes, and report

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development/sales in Forex/CFDs or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates or HNW clients.
• Solid understanding of brokerage services and trading platforms.
• Native Spanish or Portuguese and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard new IBs, affiliates, and partners in LATAM.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach and partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes in FX/CFD.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance to ensure compliant campaigns.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos and webinars.
