Job summary

Prometeo Talent partners with an international digital services company to expand affiliate partnerships across LATAM.

We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to recruit and onboard LATAM partners, negotiate CPA/RevShare, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and coordinate with marketing and analytics teams. This fully remote role offers a competitive base, commissions, 21 days of annual leave, and a dynamic multicultural team in a fast-growing global project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing.
• Portfolio of LATAM clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and IBs while maintaining relationships.
• Manage and monitor affiliate programs, campaigns, and partner activities.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnerships; monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare partnership proposals and evaluate ROI opportunities for affiliate campaigns.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
