Zusammenfassung

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand affiliate partnerships across LATAM for an international digital services client. You will identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates to drive performance, quality traffic, and sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns, negotiate CPA/RevShare terms, and provide regular performance insights.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Experience working with LATAM markets and building affiliate partnerships.
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners).
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance focusing on FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization.
• Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
