Prometeo Talent, a leading recruitment agency, is partnering with an international digital services company to hire an Affiliate Manager for LATAM markets. You will build, manage, and scale affiliate relationships, negotiating CPA/RevShare/Hybrid terms and ensuring compliant, high-quality traffic.

You’ll work remotely across international teams, with opportunities to travel for conferences. Strong English and Spanish are required, and experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or performance marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing.
• Portfolio of LATAM clients.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels and traffic acquisition models.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience within Forex, Fintech, or Online Trading industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and IBs while maintaining relationships with partners.
• Manage and monitor affiliate programs, campaigns, and partner activities.
• Communicate with affiliates and partners to resolve account issues and provide ongoing support.
• Identify and negotiate cooperation opportunities with affiliate networks.
• Prepare partnership proposals and evaluate ROI opportunities for campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate activities to detect fraudulent behaviour or non-compliant practices.
• Analyse campaign performance, sales data, and traffic to optimise affiliate performance.
• Coordinate with Creative teams to prepare promotional materials and assets.
• Represent the company at international conferences and events when required.
