Job summary

Prometeo Talent partners with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager focused on expanding LATAM partnerships. You will build and manage affiliate relationships, negotiate CPA/RevShare, and optimize campaigns for growth.

The role requires 3–5+ years in affiliate management, a LATAM network, and strong English/Spanish skills. Fully remote position with travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Affiliate Management experience, preferably in iGaming or related fields.
• LATAM markets portfolio or active affiliate network.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard LATAM affiliate partners.
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
• Monitor performance metrics (FTD, NGR, retention, traffic).
• Collaborate with marketing/analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Ensure brand/compliance adherence; generate performance insights.
• Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
• Travel for conferences and meetings when required.
