Prometeo Talent seeks an Affiliate Manager to expand partnerships across LATAM. You will identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, manage CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals, and collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns.

The role is fully remote within an international environment and requires 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, a LATAM-focused network, and strong English; Spanish/Portuguese is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management.
• Experience working with LATAM markets.
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners).
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance focusing on metrics like FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization.
• Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
