Job summary

Prometeo Talent partners with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager responsible for expanding partnerships across LATAM. You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, negotiate CPA/RevShare deals, and optimize campaigns for strong ROI.

This is a fully remote role requiring English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese are highly preferred. Enjoy a 21-day annual leave policy and participate in a fast-growing global project with performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments.
Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners).
Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs.
Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
Monitor affiliate performance and ROI; optimize campaigns with analytics support.
