Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive growth across LATAM from a fully remote setup. You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, negotiate CPA/RevShare metrics, and optimize campaigns with marketing and analytics teams.

A strong LATAM network and English proficiency are essential to succeed in this role. The position offers an international, entrepreneurial environment with performance-based incentives and 21 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, preferably in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Solid experience in LATAM markets and building partnerships.
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO, influencers, media buyers).
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
• Monitor performance metrics like FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and optimization.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
