Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across LATAM for an international iGaming project. You will recruit partners, manage CPA/RevShare agreements, and optimize campaigns with cross-functional teams to drive returns.

The role is fully remote in an international context, with 21 days of annual leave and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. Strong LATAM network and English proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance using KPIs like FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
