atomic HR is hiring an entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to research target roles, craft personalized outreach, and promote jobs to attract qualified candidates across Latin America. You’ll manage a growing pipeline, learn the talent side with mentorship, and use a modern stack including AI tools to scale outreach.

No recruiting background is required; you’ll be mentored and supported as you learn the role in a remote LATAM setting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no recruiting background required.
• Excellent written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong organization to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
• Ability to test ideas, measure outcomes and iterate.
• Provide concrete examples of using a tool or tactic to hit a goal.

Responsibilities

• Research new roles to identify target candidates and sources.
• Write and personalize outreach messages, test subject lines and openers.
• Post roles and promote them to attract the right candidates.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized with timely follow-ups.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to scale outreach while maintaining personalization.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
