Ravn is a digital product development agency seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist who will be the first line of support for our 250-employee organization. You will onboard new hires, manage Entra ID identities, enforce access controls, and handle tickets across email, chat, and our ITSM system.

Light DevOps tasks with PowerShell and routine automation are also part of the role. Strong English skills are a must, along with expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune.

Qualifikationen

• Very strong English, both written and spoken.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Proven experience provisioning users and managing groups, roles, and permissions at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Intune or similar endpoint management, plus Windows and macOS support.
• Several years of help desk or IT support experience, ideally in a company that was growing quickly.
• Proficiency with PowerShell or a similar scripting language to automate repetitive work.
• A service mindset: patient, organized, and able to prioritize a busy queue without losing track of details.
• Basic understanding of security practices such as MFA, SSO, and access reviews.

Aufgaben

• Run employee onboarding and offboarding end to end: accounts, licenses, devices, access, and a smooth first day for each new hire.
• Provision and manage identities in Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, roles, app assignments, and permission requests.
• Configure and support access controls such as Conditional Access, MFA, and role-based access, following least-privilege principles.
• Handle help desk tickets across email, chat, and the ticketing system, resolving issues quickly and documenting solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune for device management.
• Take on light DevOps work, such as scripting routine tasks with PowerShell, maintaining pipelines or automation, and supporting infrastructure changes.
• Keep the knowledge base, onboarding checklists, and runbooks current as the company grows.
