Cognizant is seeking an IT Support & Automation Specialist to manage ticketing operations, keep multi‑platform systems in sync, and build lightweight automation using Python. You will reduce manual work by implementing REST API data synchronization and batch processing, while troubleshooting hardware/software across regions.

You’ll handle proactive ticket auditing, 24/7 phone support rotation, and contribute to data integrity across ticketing platforms. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in technical/help desk support or IT service desk roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full ticket lifecycle: verify intake, reassign tickets, and track resolution progress in Freshdesk or equivalent.
