Cognizant is seeking an ISV Program Operations Manager to drive partner success and revenue growth through operational excellence, co-sell program management, and financial governance.

You will manage 150+ ISV partners, collaborate with sales, finance, and cross-functional leaders, and oversee Salesforce data and analytics to inform decisions. This remote role requires experience in ISV partnerships and strong stakeholder management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of ISV Partner Program Management or related functions.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of software sales cycles and cloud-based models.
• Experience with Salesforce opportunity management and analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
