Turnkey Investment Properties is seeking an Operations Manager (Process & Systems) to build the machine behind our growth. This role is not a traditional construction manager position but an operational architect focused on scalable, process-driven systems.

You will partner with ownership to capture tacit knowledge, create SOPs, checklists, dashboards, and workflows, and drive a repeatable operating model that reduces chaos and enhances flow.

• Candidates should be a relentless executor with a manufacturing mindset and a process-engineering heart.
• Able to document, simplify, and systemize cross-functional operations.
• Experience turning tacit founder knowledge into repeatable, scalable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Map and document construction and office operations lifecycle.
• Build a master operational playbook with SOPs, checklists, and workflows.
• Translate founder knowledge into repeatable systems for the whole team.
• Standardize core processes across field and office operations.
• Improve scheduling accuracy and operational flow.
• Coach teams on process adoption and continuous improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them at the system level.
• Build KPI dashboards and run regular operational reviews.
• Evaluate tools, automation, and AI opportunities to improve efficiency.
