THE/STUDIO is seeking an elite, systems-thinking Head of Operations to oversee Manufacturing, our Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success in a 100% remote, global setup. You will treat operations as an engineering problem, using AI and automation to scale throughput and build workflows that let Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales move faster together.

• 6+ years of operational leadership experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce platforms, or tech-forward supply chain companies.

Responsabilidades

• Revolutionize the Supply Chain: build and optimize a factory network and manufacturing processes with radical customer-centricity, ultra-low MOQs, quality, and speed.
• Be the Cross-Functional Engine: enable Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to move faster and execute flawlessly.
• Leverage Data & AI: evaluate, implement, and leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to drive efficiencies and track KPIs.
• Architect the Customer Experience: map and redesign the end-to-end journey from quote to delivery, focusing on UX.
• Lead Global Teams: build and scale distributed teams across manufacturing, customer service, and success.
