Aufgaben

• Manage settlement and disbursement workflow, including closing statements and documents.
• Verify liens, payoffs, referral sources, and client disbursement amounts.
• Prepare wire templates and ensure disbursement accuracy.
• Verify documentation and settlement checks before disbursement.
• Send lien verification requests and track lien information.
• Identify liens for negotiation and follow up with lienholders.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices and payments; track expenses.
• Maintain Excel records and documentation.
