• 3–5 years of direct intake experience with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound intake calls and conduct full intake through file setup.
• Move qualified prospective clients through the engagement process with timely follow‑up.
• Enter intake information accurately into CasePeer and keep files organized.
• Prepare letters of representation and initial documents using firm templates.
• Track outstanding items to ensure onboarding is complete.
• Communicate with clients during intake via phone, text, and digital platforms.
