Job summary

Tort Experts is seeking an Intake QA Coordinator to ensure accuracy and quality across the intake process. You will audit cases, review calls, and support QA initiatives across platforms, with remote work flexibility and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, technical proficiency with Salesforce/Litify and Five9, and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and process improvements. Training will be provided remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA processes including case review and call auditing.
• Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce/Litify and Five9.
• Balto, ClickUp, Retool are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors and missing information in intake cases.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication; good time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Audit intake cases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Review intake calls in Balto and external call center recordings for quality and protocol adherence.
• Process and log returned cases from clients with precision and efficiency.
• Recontact unresponsive claimants within SLAs.
• Track and update case viability status in Salesforce and with partners.
• Ensure intake workflows align with QA standards and escalate inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Intake/QA and Operations to identify trends and suggest improvements.
