Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Legal Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients across a general practice law firm. This remote role requires empathetic communication and meticulous data handling.

You will conduct intake interviews, manage CRM data, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and support onboarding with engagement letters and packets. Prior remote experience with US/UK firms is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in legal intake, client services, or related role.
Experience with law firm operations preferred.
Strong verbal and written English with professional tone.
Efficiently gather detailed information while preserving client experience.
Proficient with CRM and maintaining large data records.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and web form.
Conduct structured intake interviews and assess fit for cases.
Enter and manage prospect data in the firm's CRM accurately.
Qualify leads and route to appropriate attorney or practice area.
Schedule consultations and follow up to reduce no-shows.
Prepare intake packets, engagement letters, and onboarding docs.
Track metrics on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
Maintain ongoing outreach with unconverted leads.
