Job summary

Prove Partners is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator/QA Tester to join a fully remote team managing a multi-org Salesforce migration. The role focuses on structured, repeatable quality assurance across releases, ensuring end-to-end test coverage and accurate documentation.

You will execute long 200-step regression passes, maintain test scripts, log defects with reproducible steps, and coordinate with the Director of Program Management & CRM.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on Salesforce administrator, QA tester, business analyst, or support analyst.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, records, page layouts, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, and Flow.
• Experience executing manual test cases and logging defects in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to read a user story or acceptance criteria and translate into concrete test steps.
• Comfort with repetitive, detail-intensive work and sustained accuracy.
• Basic SOQL and familiarity with Data Loader or similar tools.
• Clear written and spoken English; defect reports read by developers and stakeholders.
• Availability for daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end test passes in sandboxes for every release.
• Run regression suites after changes to confirm no breakage.
• Test full record lifecycles including automation and reporting outputs.
• Retest defects after fixes and verify no regressions.
• Validate behavior after sandbox refreshes and deployments.
• Write and maintain test cases from user stories and criteria.
• Log defects with steps, screenshots, and severity.
• Prepare and refresh test data sets.
