Zusammenfassung

Cloudbeds is hiring a Hypercare Onboarding Coach to guide hotels through the critical live launch window. You’ll blend hospitality excellence with technical agility, ensuring customers transition smoothly, with strong attention to live data, integrations, and rapid issue resolution.

You will use AI tools to streamline workflows, maintain detailed CRM records, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Support to maximize product adoption and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hospitality experience in key operational roles (Front Desk, Operations, or Revenue Management) within a boutique or leading hotel brand, OR 3+ years in a high‑touch B2B SaaS customer success, implementation, or technical support role in Hospitality.

Aufgaben

• Own the post‑go‑live safety net with intensive interaction cadences to evaluate system health and build product confidence.
• Standardize repeatable processes while personalizing meaningful guidance and adopting AI tools to reduce administrative drag.
• Manage a high‑priority queue and urgent calls across time zones to unblock clients and protect live environments.
• Investigate deeply to identify root causes, collaborate with product teams, and translate complex issues into actionable solutions.
• Bridge the transition from intensive configuration to long‑term product adoption and customer self‑sufficiency.
