Job summary

Cloudbeds is a fully remote, global team serving hotels across 150 countries. We are hiring a Customer Support Coach to advocate for customers, resolve questions across live chat, email, and phone, and contribute to training materials and knowledge base updates.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of hospitality operations experience, fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on front-of-house hospitality operations experience
• Native or fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with training material creation or updating support resources

Responsibilities

• Assist and support existing customers (hotel properties) daily in using Cloudbeds software
• Resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels
• Troubleshoot issues and perform outbound calls for escalated problems
• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and software adoption
• Gather customer feedback for future software releases
• Use training materials and attend online sessions to stay updated
