Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Support Coach to advocate for hotel partners and resolve inquiries across chat, email, and phone. You will help drive software adoption, create training resources, and stay updated with system changes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on hospitality or hotel operations experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Native or fluent in English and one other language (Spanish/Portuguese).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support existing hotel customers daily via multiple channels.
• Resolve inquiries by phone, email, chat, or other media.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Gather customer feedback for future releases.
