Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Hypercare Onboarding Coach to support hoteliers as they go live on our AI-powered hospitality platform. You will analyze live data flows, troubleshoot integrations, and design processes that minimize live-environment friction.

You’ll act as a strategic operational partner delivering high-touch onboarding and rapid, empathetic guidance across time zones. You will bring 3+ years of hospitality operations or B2B SaaS high-touch experience, with strong emotional intelligence

Qualifications

3+ years of hospitality experience in key operational roles (Front Desk, Operations, or Revenue Management) within a boutique or leading hotel brand, or 3+ years in relevant B2B SaaS high-touch customer success/implementation/tech support in Hospitality.

Responsibilities

Own the post-go-live safety net and execute intensive interaction cadences to evaluate system health.
Standardize repeatable processes and personalize meaningful guidance using AI tools and automation.
Manage a high-priority ticket queue and hotlines with strict turnaround times; assist across time zones.
Investigate root causes with a technical mindset and collaborate with product teams for clean solutions.
Bridge the transition from configuration to long-term product usage and hand off to relationship managers.
Maintain flawless context by documenting account activities and health metrics in CRM.
