EY is seeking a People Operations Associate in Buenos Aires to support the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal policies. You will work with stakeholders to manage documentation and drive a strong employee experience.

The role covers onboarding, HR operations, audits, and data integrity across SuccessFactors and HR systems, with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement responsibility.

Formación

• 6 months to 2+ years in HR Operations or similar.
• Students or graduates in HR, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or related fields.
• Experience with employee data and HR administrative processes.
• SuccessFactors experience is highly preferred.
• English proficiency is at least B2-C1.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration of the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate records.
• Process employment changes including contracts, schedules, and remote work arrangements.
• Manage changes to personal information, education, and dependents.
• Review approval workflows in SuccessFactors and ensure compliance.
• Handle HR documentation, onboarding, and certificates of employment.
• Coordinate HR vendors, invoices, and contract administration.
• Manage leave, absences, and retirement-related activities.
