Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting across multiple business lines in a fully remote setup for the Americas, aligned to Pacific Standard Time.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards and social media, manage communications, and maintain candidate records in Bullhorn or similar ATS, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an inclusive process.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or operational hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure inclusive selection.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
