MAVI seeks a Head of Accounting to lead the accounting function for a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will set the function’s standards, structure, and roadmap, and manage managers who run close, revenue accounting, and accounting operations daily.

Reporting to CFO/CEO, you’ll ensure readiness for audits, acquisitions, or new entities, driving policy, controls, and external audits while aligning with US GAAP and ERP roadmap.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading managers or multi-layer teams.
• Experience as the senior accounting leader, or deputy to one, at a high-growth or complex company.
• Strong command of US GAAP, ASC 606 and ASC 842.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and structure the accounting organization, including managers, leads, and specialists.
• Set close cycle-time and quality targets and ensure timely, accurate reporting under US GAAP.
• Oversee policies, controls, and external audit relationships; drive accounting for fundraising, M&A, and integration.
• Own the accounting systems roadmap, including ERP, revenue recognition, and close automation.
