MAVI in Argentina is seeking an Accounting Manager (US GAAP) to lead a multi-entity close for a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will own accounting quality across entities and serve as the trusted partner to US finance leadership.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, hands-on US GAAP, and strong skills in close processes, intercompany, and multi-currency considerations. You will coach the team and coordinate audits and external providers.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with close leadership or review responsibilities.
• Hands-on US GAAP experience supporting US entities.
• Strong knowledge of accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and financial statement review.

Mansioni

• Lead the multi-entity close calendar and oversee outputs.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial statements.
• Coach accountants and build close/playbooks.
• Coordinate audits, tax, payroll, AP/AR, and external services.
• Present results and variances to Controllers or CFOs.
