• 6+ years of accounting experience in US GAAP or IFRS contexts.
• Ability to review others' work and resolve complex reconciling items.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end close and core financial reporting.
• Run the close for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods with calendar accountability.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow support under US GAAP.
• Improve close checklists, SOPs, and recurring workflows with AI/automation.
• Review entries and coach junior accountants to accuracy.
