Emerald Stay is hiring a Guest Experience Representative to ensure top-notch guest service from inquiry to post-stay. This remote, Argentina-based role requires handling inquiries across multiple platforms and coordinating check-in/out with on-site teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in short-term rental or hotel operations, proficiency with Guesty, Rentals United and Cloudbeds, and excellent communication skills. Flexible shifts and remote work options available, with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• 1-2 years in short-term rental management or hospitality operations.
• Familiar with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia and PMS tools such as Guesty, Rentals United and Cloudbeds.
• Experience with Breezeway and Google Suite is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary guest contact before, during, and after their stay.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Direct Website and Expedia.
• Coordinate check-in/check-out to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest issues empathetically and effectively.
• Liaise with on-site teams to fix property issues and escalate when needed.
• Gather guest feedback and help implement guest-experience improvements.
• Maintain records of interactions, reservations, and issues in listing management tools.
