Sheraton Buenos Aires is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to guide guests through their stay, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure a memorable visit. You will be empowered to address guest requests, coordinate with departments, and contribute to daily operation efficiency.

Strong English skills and a background in hospitality are preferred; prior experience in housekeeping, front desk, or hotel coordination is valued.

Formación

• Tertiary studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk and other departments.
• Process reports and respond to guest requests promptly.
